Day 17: Does anyone know that you are trying to lose weight? If so, what do they think about it? Are they supportive or non-supportive? How does that make you feel?
Pretty much everyone knows I’m trying to lose weight. My family doesn’t really support me at the moment one of my sisters is starting to try to workout with me but she doesn’t have the motivation yet but I’m trying to be that for her. My boyfriend knows about my weightless struggle and he supports that I want to do it for me but he doesn’t believe I need to lose weight. It’s harder to not have those around you support you.
Day 18: When you picture yourself reaching your ultimate goal weight, what do you picture? Explain where you are, what you are doing, how you are feeling and what you are wearing.
I just imagine myself everyday finally dressing the way that I want to dress, feeling confident and strong when I walk down the street not self conscience. Looking good in skinny jeans and tight shirts, not feeling like a whale if I wear heels or a skirt.
Day 19: How long have you wanted to lose weight and how long have you been trying?
I’ve been trying and failing to lose weight for the past six years. Since four years ago I did lose about 22lbs. And I have seen a major difference with that but I still want to lose an other 30 lbs to be at my goal weight.
