Day 10: What was your lowest weight and what was your highest weight? How did you feel at each weight?

My lowest weight was 135lbs and my highest weight was 197lbs. Honestly I felt terrible at both. When I was my lowest weight I still felt like I wasn’t thin and when I was my highest I was even more depressed and hated my body, so I guess I can never win.

Now, find the nutritional information for that junk food (preferably online so that you don’t actually have to see the food) and list: the number of servings, the amount of calories, the total fat, the amount of sodium, the total carbs and the grams of sugar. Think about how unhealthy that junk food is and share why you want to stop eating it.

Hmmm my favorite junk food would have to be chocolate cream pie *_* well I want to stop eating it because there is nothing nutritional at all in pie.

Day 12: What is your favorite healthy food and why? Now find the nutritional information for that food and list: the number of servings, the amount of calories, the total fat (if any), the amount of sodium (if any), the total carbs (if any), and the grams of sugar (if any). Think about how good that food is for you and compare it to the junk food you listed on day 11.

As for healthy food I love fruit. Any kind of fruit really. Its the veggies that I have a harder time with =p

( I don’t even need to compare the nutritional value between fresh fruit and chocolate cream pie, it’s a no brainer which one is healthier)

Day 13: What is your favorite exercise to do? Explain why.

I love to dance and swim. I honestly don’t do either one much but I love it when I do. These would have to me my favorite form of exercise because it’s fun and you really don’t notice that your exercising your just having fun.

Day 14: What is your least favorite exercise to do? Explain why. Now come up with ways you could make that exercise more fun! Ex: running - for every mile you run you get to buy yourself a small reward.

My least favorite exercise would have to be burpees, pushups, and the squat and press. Those just aren’t very fun to me and I honestly don’t think I could make them fun.

Day 15: (You have made it 2 week! Congrats!) What kind of clothes do you wear when you are at your heaviest weight? Explain why and how you feel in them.

I would wear clothes that were baggy so that my fat rolls wouldn’t be seen, I never wore shorts or short sleeve shirts, I would always wear a sweatshirt or something to just hide my body. I felt horrible in them I felt gross and just fat.

Day 16: What kind of clothes do you wear when you are at your thinnest weight? (if you have never been there, what kind WOULD you wear?) Explain why and how you feel (or assume you would feel) in them.

I still didn’t have any confidence in myself when I was at my lowest weight so I would hide my body then as well. It wasn’t as severe as when I was at my heaviest but still I didn’t feel so good about myself.

And when I do get to my ugw I will be fit, healthy, and have the confidence to wear whatever I want.
