Banana Oatmeal Smoothie
- 2 whole Bananas (best with brown flecks on peel)
- 2 cups Ice
- 1/3 cup Yogurt - preferably Greek yogurt flavored with honey
- 1/2 cup Cooked oatmeal
- 1/3 cup Almonds
380 Calories. Great for a breakfast or lunch meal

So i am doing her 5 week challenge…finished week one i ate apples and bananas and carrots and kiwi and other yummy fruits and veggies….next week fruits and veggies in ALL my meals and NO FAST FOOD (not that i was eating that any way) but i am also adding my own thing to it…i am good about drinking bout 3 or 4 liters of water a day…well im going to try to get that up to 5 or 6 liters of water a day. STAYING HYDRATED!!!!!
Breaking up with unhealthy eating habits! And goodness, I can’t wait to be that tan again.
I’m making this commitment! I know I can do this, I already eat whole wheat everything and I don’t drink soda. :)
I don’t understand how people get such skinny/tiny legs like…how…what do you even do for that…not move??
